Three things that make the first reply more useful
None of these is required, but each shortens the exchange considerably.
- The commercial objective — what you need to be able to do, rather than the legal mechanism you assume is needed.
- The deadline — whether one exists and what drives it. Ukrainian procedures have fixed periods that cannot be compressed.
- Who else is involved — international counsel, auditors or a counterparty's advisers, so we can coordinate rather than duplicate.
